On the strategy call we'll agree your guaranteed minimum based on the size of your brand. For most brands, that's between £20k and £200k per month in additional email-attributed revenue.
That minimum is written into the contract before you pay anything.
It's measured in your platform's reporting. Numbers you can check yourself, not ours.
Your core system goes live within your first 30 days. The 60-day guarantee clock starts then, never before the work is done.
If we haven't hit your minimum within 60 days, you get a full refund. After that, the contract rolls monthly, so you're never locked in.

Who is this for?

How does the guarantee actually work?
On the strategy call we'll agree a guaranteed minimum based on the size of your brand. That number is written into the contract before you pay anything. Your results are measured inside your own platform reporting, using numbers you can verify yourself. If we don't hit your minimum within 60 days of your core system going live, you get a full refund.
What platforms do you work with?
Almost all of our work is done inside Klaviyo because it's the platform most DTC ecommerce brands use. However, the underlying strategy is platform-agnostic, so we can build on other email platforms where appropriate.
Why not hire internally?
Because you're not replacing one person. You're replacing a strategist, copywriter, designer, and technical email specialist. Hiring all four is expensive. Managing all four is time-consuming. We bring the complete system without the overhead of building an internal team.
How much of my time does this take?
